The seller tried to blame ME for all of their errors, calling me names and insulting my intelligence! I'd rather support a large chain than deal with this ignorant, pushy, unprofessional seller ever again. We informed him of this and apologized. We even offered to provide him the cover with 1 of the upgrades at no extra charge. He then accused us of bait and switch. If you look at all our other reviews, there is not even a hint of that.
