As for the gloves themselves, there are plusses: I found them to be quite warm during a couple of cool morning rides without being heavy or bulky. Also, the gel padding is pretty well placed for the type of riding I do and provides decent cushioning. And minuses: the fingers are a little bit short and didn't provide a lot of grip on my brake levers.
