A replacement was sent immediately and arrived the next day.would be very happy to recommend them,and buy from them in the future.

Royal mail said it was out for delivery on the Thursday but never arrived until the Friday which is what W O T told me. Yet another misleading email from Royal Mail. This is no reflection on W O T been delivered as promised. 10/10.
