The USB-C cable is actually 3ft instead of 6ft like the description says, but the seller offered a partial refund. Only issue is that it can sometimes take about 15 secs for the external displays to connect (not a big deal) and one time a monitor didn't show anything at all until i reconnected the cable. After startup, I haven't had any issues that occur during sessions which is good. Price is fair for what you get, assuming it holds up over time.

I’m using it with my old Lenovo Legion laptop for both work and gaming, and it handles everything smoothly. Despite being refurbished, it looks like new and supports two external monitors in extended mode without issues. It manages heavy workloads efficiently, making it a great, cost-effective docking solution. Highly recommended!

Should have trusted the number of sales and positive reviews. They responded to my initial complain immediately. A+ service and product.
