ANNA KARENINA (2001) adapts Leo Tolstoy's classic novel about the wife (Helen McCrory) of a high-ranking Russian official who carries on a torrid affair with an army officer (TRAINSPOTTING's Kevin McKidd) in a daring documentary style coupled with luxurious period-piece costumes and set design. An innovative production of Emily Bront�'s Gothic WUTHERING HEIGHTS (1998) follows the tragic tale of two lovers (Orla Brady and Robert Cavanah) thwarted by class differences on the windswept moors of 19th-century England beyond most normal film adaptations to capture the entire novel. And RECKLESS (1997) and RECKLESS: THE SEQUEL (1998) offer a modern soap opera about a young doctor (Robson Green) who falls in love with the wife (Francesca Annis) of a coworker and decides to seduce her away from her husband.

But I’m glad to say that yes, this was the official release! And the fact I got it at a deal too was awesome, compared to the $150 Walmart was charging for this. It was sealed, the packaging was solid, and outside of a little bit of broken plastic in the case (which I know want because of the seller), it was exactly as advertised! Thank you! Great seller!
