Instructions are very clear with pictures and each piece labeled, no ambiguous parts but some parts are symmetrical so watch out, they will fit together but some parts will face the external so more just an aesthetic thing. Overall pretty good, quickly delivered and well packaged. Would recommend.

I had a piece that hadn't been drilled but overall it was great value and is a nice looking bed. The instructions were pretty good but even then I managed to put a bit together back to front. No rushing it! The bags and various parts were clearly marked and this made it a lot easier. Not much left over at the end. I was pleased with the result.

Were happy for me to return it and pay postage plus refund. Answered my messages straight away. So although mix up with packaging, Id use this company again. As I know if there was a problem, it would be immediately resolved. Excellent customer service.

I've messaged the sellers and they offered to either send me a replacement box or arrange a refund for the broken one. I chose the replacement box and received it within 2 days. I was very impressed with this sellers' outstanding customer service and quick response to my enquiries. I would buy from them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks 👍🏼
