UPS Charged me for shipping after I attempted to track the package. The owner was contacted and stated that I should not have been charged. The owner stated that it would be taking care of my refund. I have yet to receive a refund. The order is scheduled to arrive February 7, 2025. Which means that the delivery would have taken more than a month to deliver. I worry that I have been scammed!
