About 4hrs max, no lights, no gaming, no dual pairing, no app, just music or video. While gaming, even less. Works more like used than refurbished/new condition. Maybe I just got a dud. Allstate trying to make good, but replacement offer is for basic buds, no dongle & cheaper than what I paid. Stellar communication & service! As for the anker refurb, (my 1st time buying any anker product) I'll leave it neutral instead of negative bc others have reported being happy with their purchase, so it's possible I just got a dud. Therefore, it seems unfair to give a negative review. In conclusion, I'd buy from anker in the future & evaluate from there.

There was confusion with the shipping (probably on the carrier's end-- it said it was delivered when it had not arrived yet), but the seller was able to clarify and resolve the confusion promptly.
