Allstate trying to make good, but replacement offer is for basic buds, no dongle & cheaper than what I paid. Stellar communication & service! As for the anker refurb, (my 1st time buying any anker product) I'll leave it neutral instead of negative bc others have reported being happy with their purchase, so it's possible I just got a dud. Therefore, it seems unfair to give a negative review. In conclusion, I'd buy from anker in the future & evaluate from there.

The camera matches the description and appears to be in good shape. There was confusion with the shipping (probably on the carrier's end-- it said it was delivered when it had not arrived yet), but the seller was able to clarify and resolve the confusion promptly. I would buy from them again.

The directions were minimal but only took a few minutes to figure out. The only downside was an 8-day delivery time (from California to Oregon) instead of the 2-4 day delivery time advertised. Customer service was immediate when I brought it to their attention; USPS screw-up and not Anker Outlet Store's fault.
