The seller has been very cooperative ,responding back trying to help get my issue resolved..& I did advised to open a ticket to help get issue resolved with replacement.. I then ask EBay to step in to get me another replacement & EBay has yet to respond to my issue at hand.. My complaint is totally directed towards EBay with the no the response back to me & Not the seller at all..
