This seller will send you the item and then ask to waist your time on a return shipment even though the seller knows the product is cut by a "supplier " which is supposedly out of the sellers control. Needles to say this seller does not have ownership over the items quality control nor do they care. Do not purchase!

I contacted the company and was absolutely astonished someone actually answered the phone, I was able to send a photo of the problem I had by text message. They immediately sent me a replacement overnight. Hot Tip, heat the flagpole up a little with a heat gun or hairdryer and drive the adapter in slowly. Worked like a charm. Absolutely awesome customer service and very satisfied with the product.
