When I took out the wrapping, there were only 9 reeds inside. Found the 10th reed inside the packaging envelope. Good thing I didn't throw the envelope away immediately.

I did feel the packaging wasn't great given that it was Royal Mail - a sort of mini cardboard flap and the reed wrapped in a piece of bubble wrap.
