Item shipped fast, and product was very well packaged, so it arrived in perfect condition. This is my second Tabletop burnout furnace, and the first is still running like it's brand new. No complaints with either of them.....

Ordered two ring sizing mandrels and received a box that was empty except for the packing materials. A thief had opened the box in transit and retaped the box with a different type of tape after stealing the mandrels. I contacted PMC jewelers and explained the situation. They immediately sent two more at no charge. Great to find honorable dealers here. Many thanks!
