Anyone can make a mistake, but this seller immediately fixed it and continually communicated with me about the status of the shipment. Was described as new in original box, but definitely isn’t. No foam that normally comes with a new bobblehead. I paid extra for it to be as described (new) and got swindled, definitely not a good value. I took a gamble and got burnt.. beware! I’m keeping it as a reminder of a lesson learned, but won’t buy from them in the future.
