Both of us thought they were good and working. After receiving them and putting a couple into some Cobra 29 radios, I noticed they were not to specs and the seller promptly refunded my money. I initially left a negative review but I can understand that can affect their rating and business. My apologies to the seller.

I purchased an IC from these guys but could not verify date code on the item prior to purchase. My post purchase message was missed before the seller shipped and the wrong part was sent out. The seller reached out and made things right so over all a positive experience.
