I also had the same issue that others mentioned saying it leaks where the hoselock attachment screws into the pole. Resolved this with some plumbers tape and a good tighten. The one I was sent was also used as it still had a small bit of water in. Likely been returned due to the reasons above. Overall happy with the purchase due to the price being a fraction of what the others cost.

Were happy for me to return it and pay postage plus refund. Answered my messages straight away. So although mix up with packaging, Id use this company again. As I know if there was a problem, it would be immediately resolved. Excellent customer service.

I've messaged the sellers and they offered to either send me a replacement box or arrange a refund for the broken one. I chose the replacement box and received it within 2 days. I was very impressed with this sellers' outstanding customer service and quick response to my enquiries. I would buy from them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks 👍🏼
