None of these polyester / plastic masss produced mouled sleep masks which are more suited for ice hockey than sleeping. I needed something that blacks out the bright light in my south east facing bedroom and something I didn't know I was wearing. This is it! This is perfect.

I urgently need this item, but something is not ringing true. It should have arrived by now and they have not offered to send a replacement either. Other feedback and their responses makes this appear to be a dodgy transaction. Really poor customer service.
