I have messaged seller but have had no reply. I know they are imperfect, but a flaw that creates a 1\2 inch wide ladder from top to bottom on the first time of trying them on is unacceptable. We always advise that Hosiery is put on wearing proper gloves thus avoiding any pulling, snagging or laddering. It sounds like a thread from the welt where it attaches to the main stocking leg has got caught upon trying on & pulled. If you had simply returned the stockings to us we could have examined & replaced if a manufacturing fault. Our Email Address, Office Phone Number & Messenger Tab are on ebay.

Sa vente prévoyait une non possibilité de renvoyer et donc l'étiquette reprise sur l'emballage n'était pas adéquate. Il devait espérer me faire payer les frais de retour.
