One issue but not with the seller - they might switch their shipping partner. USPS told the seller they could deliver by a certain date. But USPS tracking was awful. No up to date info & right up until delivery time, they claimed on time delivery. The next day, they changed their estimated delivery date/time. The item didn't get to me in time for a party. I took the risk, the seller did their job, USPS failed!

I contacted the seller immediately who was prompt in response and so gracious and honorable. He sent out the correct reining buckle immediately. It's a beauty and brand new!! I'll be inscribing my horses name on the buckle. Do not hesitate to make a purchase from this seller. AAA+++
