    Coil pack arrived in a damaged box and broken inside. Seller communicated properly and shipped another one. That one arrived in a damaged package as well. The coil pack in the second was undamaged and worked as it should. It needs to be stated that both damaged packages were due to Fed Exes handling and NOT the seller. Due to the sellers professional handling of this situation I would not only buy from him again but I would also recommend him. Thanks for your professionalism.

    Originally through no fault of seller I received the incorrect Key Fob. Too many different numbers to deal with. The seller went out of his way to make sure I got the correct one. He was on the problem on day 1 and took care of it fast. He sent me the correct one and it programmed in 2 minutes. BTW because the Fob looks exactly the same doesn't mean that it is the correct one. I used a dealer website to find correct part#. I am very pleased with this seller and would highly recommend him.

    Had a slide issue at the beginning got the wrong spark plugs with this kit but sent a message to the company they responded very very fast and the VIN number of the vehicle and immediately sent the correct spark plugs. Only when you have slight problems you realize how good a company is. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them very quick and honest and the product was a great value for the money thank you so much for taking care of it this quick
