It was shipped promptly and from there it is up to USPS who often "drops the ball". The lamp itself was in excellent condition and I am very pleased. What really sets this seller apart is the care that was put into the packaging. If every seller double boxed and prepared fragile items for shipment in this way there would be few if any damage issues. I was very impressed and highly recommend this seller!
