Given a tracking number days ago yet no updates at all, even after item had been delivered. Seems the seller is HMV or affiliated which is fine as at least you know it will Moore than likely arrive. The listing had a long lead time for delivery and this was reflected in the delay before dispatch, but at least this was expected. Packaging was just this polythene wrap. CD has a cardboard case so packaging was not as critical as for a jewel case, but box was a bit flattened in one corner, probably from falling to the floor after posting through letter box, needed a little bit of bubble wrap. Overall, happy with purchase.
