Unfortunately, when I contacted them about it, they kept wanting me to eat the cost of the purchase! REPEATED requests for me to at least share the cost of the completely unusable item! Unbelievable! I finally had to threaten to go through eBay for relief before I got the refund. NOT OK! Buyer beware.

The actual razor itself still left me slightly irritated and with razor bumps. I have very sensitive skin and used it on my bikini area. I still think it is a good value and am going to try to continue using it.
