    Seller was kind and communicated well despite having an emergency to tend to which took priority over e-bay selling. The seller was understanding, and offered to ship a new item (possibly at a loss) in a shorter timeframe due to delays. The transaction didn't happen, and a refund was issued due to time constraints, but this was through no fault of the seller. In short, this seller is honest, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with.     The guitar arrived in a timely fashion and well protected. The whole experience working with the seller was great.
