This SLR camera is set to Single Servo autofocus that leaves the focus locked on the subject as the shutter button is lightly pressed, lending a user the ability to take that perfect shot. Designed with simplicity in mind, this Nikon 35 mm camera is equipped with two modes: simple and advanced. In the advanced operation mode, four exposure settings come available: programmed auto, shutter-priority auto, aperture-priority auto, and manual. With these functions, the Nikon F50D offers the user a wide range of choices for ensuring accurate exposure, for creating motion effects, for controlling the depth of field during photography sessions, and for manual fine-tuning of shots. Program choice is a snap as well with this Nikon 35 mm camera. This feature allows the photographer to select which program is ideal in a given situation. It includes landscape for use in distant scenes, portrait for emphasizing subjects with background blurs, close-up for those detailed macro shots, and motion effect for expressing detailed movements to name but a few. A high-quality LCD panel comes standard with this film camera for more reliable operation. What's more, this SLR camera is equipped with a built-in flash, which is especially useful when shooting in dimly lit settings. There is also an imprint function that allows users to stamp date and time on an image. Powered by one 3V lithium battery pack, the Nikon F50D boasts a streamlined design, making it a sound choice for both amateur and professional photographers.
