    Perfect experience! Seller was very responsive when I had concearns and went out of their way to help me operate it when I said it wasn't working (user error). Everything was exacty as listed it came brand new without the box. I checked it closely and it came without one scratch on it so it's new.     Item exactly as described, in like-new condition. When there was an issue with the battery on arrival (that was not the sellers fault), they were responsive and helped me replace the defective part so that the collar would work exactly as advertised. I would absolutely buy from them again.
