The postage system Ebay has in place needs policing by Ebay to ensure the carriers are held responsible for such lack of care in handling packages. If the item had been damaged I would progress this. Re the seller: good comms and reasonable, fair negotiation, so would be happy to deal with them again. Item as described and good value. Thanks

Had a little SNAFU on the shipping in which two Scottish snuff mills were sent to me, both packaged perfectly. However, Seller had great communication and we worked things out to everyone’s mutual benefit. I’m a very happy buyer!
