One of the 8 items in the box was severely damaged during shipping. This could have been avoided if the items were shipped in a larger box and had the appropriate bubble wrap and packaging. When I informed the seller of the mishap, they immediately refunded me for the item that was damaged. USPS did end up losing the package but the seller was incredibly helpful in getting that sorted for me & the package ended up being found & delivered today!
