This means free from surface defects. It arrived with a large indentation on card. Just like other reviews the seller also sent the card in only a penny sleeve sandwiched between cardboard. I have never received a card in this manner on eBay. I requested a refund and the seller denied. I made them aware that eBay will refund it anyway. The seller is not honest and will reply with nonsense.
