This tool (Eagle Grips) is considered the premiere tool of its kind, so there is a rush to buy the remaining stock. What i received was a far cheaper/inferior brand that came in Amazon packaging and receipt. I contacted seller who quickly communicated, sent another pair of cheaper locking pliers and money refunded. So I have 2 tools and money

I ordered an automotive electrical connector crimper that I need quickly for a job I was doing. I allowed enough time for shipping and when I received the package all it contained was the packaging for the tool. When I contacted the vender they insisted that I return the tool (which I never received). They refunded my payment. However, I wanted the tool which I desperately needed.
