I contacted them, sent pics of the bubble wrap & broken candle holder . They apologized & gave me a refund. They did not say they were disputing anything. I thought that was the end of it & threw it out. Now they have filed a claim with the Post Office disputing the broken candle holder and want me to prove it was broken. We are confused, we do not know what your issue is or how us following protocol and filing a claim on our inventory that was damaged, lost, or broken in transit makes us dishonest, it's a very inaccurate and defamatory thing to claim, especially when you were refunded.
