The laptop works great with no issue, only a few minor scratches on the outside, as described. Packaging was solid if a bit unorthidoxed, came with lots of extra cardboard and styrofoam shards/pieces. Was a bit of a challenge to clean up and dispose of. But that aside excellent transaction, value, and service. Server is up and running in my home set up purring like a kitten!
