It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to program and install for my 2 Genie garage door openers. At first, I was a little hesitant to order since it was HALF THE PRICE of popular retailers, but I'm so glad I did. The keypad/labeling is identical to those I found in stores and it works great! The seller was very prompt in shipping the carefully wrapped keypad and it arrived quickly via USPS. I would highly recommend this seller and product!
