I sent a brief message to the seller just saying that I would still like to have the item but I was curious to know what was going on with it. Literally within minutes I received a message saying they were not sure of what was happening & they refunded me the transaction. After I expressed disappointment & thanks, seller was most gracious & generous. Excellent.
