The seller was very helpful and tracked it down to ND Post office was not that helpful. The seller shipped another one started out find. Ended up in Texas no help with the Post Office. Here almost a month later it showed up. The seller had already refunded me. I'm sorry it worked out like this. The seller was the BEST through out the entire ordeal. Highest feedback 10 stars to the seller. Going to try and settle up somehow.
