    I received the product one piece at a time over the course of 5 days. When my brackets arrived, there was no hardware. It was obviously left out because the packaging was great. After several emails back and forth with the seller, (who could never understand what bracket or what hardware) I had to go to Amazon and my local hardware store to buy the parts I needed to get this installed. I gave the seller every opportunity to make this right and they refused. I cannot recommend this seller.

    The light bar arrived in good condition however due to the extremely light weight packaging the mounts and screws were lost. The seller seems to think I am not telling the truth. Tired of the BS. I cannot recommend this seller. Poor packaging and patronizing communication.
