It was advertised as new but came in packaging that was worn with alot of shelf wear. As a collector you want a new item to be new. This is a common problem with some ebay sellers. I would look to others unless you dont care about poor quality from this seller. Since the packaging is a concern for you, we offered a refund as long as you return the item. You responded stating that we should keep your money, and we do not want to do so as we want to ensure all issues are appropriately remedied for our customers. Thank you.
