It was in excellent condition, so well packaged with bubble wrap and butcher paper sealed with packing tape. I suggested a different carrier other than the post office in our initial conversations. I was surprised when it was shipped differently than first suggested. The owl was just as described, I believe prettier than the picture. It was priced well, so good value.
