I am not able to check the condition of the device yet, I am currently in Europe... In about 2 months I will have the laptop in my hands and then I will be able to give my opinion about it. My cousin checked the status of the shipment and says everything is fine. I trust her, so everything is fine for now...

A full return/refund at their expense was offered, and I declined. Great seller though, communication was timely & friendly. Their shipping was fantastic, PC arrived safely packed and quick. Would certainly do business with them again, I'd just need to verify what's in the listing.

I also appreciated the fast shipping and prompt (and accommodating) response when there was a slight flaw with the battery health. Excellent customer service, 10/10 (5/7;) would buy from them again. (I'd also add that it was a great bargain - a great product and competitive pricing for what I received)
