It was packaged well enough to arrive safely, despite the FedEx delivery person tossing it on my porch ignoring the fragile stickers on the box. Shipping was a bit high, but it was express shipping from Japan, so worth it for peace of mind. Item was as described and at a decent price. Overall a positive transaction. Thanks!

Arrived just as the pictures showed. Very clear communication, notifying me the tea had to be thrown away due to expiration. Considering the hefty packaging, the price is absolutely justified.
