The item arrived damaged, the USPS crushed a corner of the steelbook case. I filed my claim and the seller returned my email almost immediately and refunded my money almost immediately. Apologized and allowed me to keep the damaged item. I'm a collector so I will need to get another version of this but I will happily buy from this person again.
