It has a 15x optical wide-angle, 28-420mm Nikkor zoom lens with vibration reduction for high image quality. You'll have 12.1 megapixels at your disposal and the ability to record 720p high-definition video at 30 fps. The 3-inch, high-resolution, 460k-dot LCD screen has an anti-reflective coating to help you frame shots even on sunny days. Choose from Auto or Easy mode or 13 other scene shooting options, including panorama assistance. Use the Face-Priority Autofocus or Group Portrait Mode to capture the faces of colleagues and loved ones in group photos. These features take control of the shutter, capturing the moment someone smiles. The L110 will even warn you when someone may have blinked. This is a great camera for someone who wants a little more flexibility than a classic point-and-shoot. The Nikon L110 digital camera has simple controls built into a sturdy body, meeting the high standards of Nikon, with a rubberized ergonomic grip and pop-up flash. The lens extends outward to provide up to 15x zoom or to focus on macro subjects. Take clearer pictures even at long distances thanks to image-sensor shift and Electronic VR technologies or try macro shots from as close as 1 centimeter. The Best Shot Selector takes the best shot out of multiples taken of the same subject, meaning you waste less time on blurry photos. Use the Sport Continuous mode to take up to 30 frames at a time at 3 MP and 11.1 fps, ideal for moving subjects. The Nikon L110 camera's D-Lighting feature automatically improves brightness and detail during playback of dark or backlit images. Adjust the ISO and toggle movie recording and playback easily. You'll also want to try out the five color modes: standard, vivid, black-and-white, sepia, and cyanotype. All of these features make it easier to shoot in difficult conditions. When you're on the move, in poor lighting, or on the search for that perfect shot, this Nikon camera will work hard to give you the best photos possible. You have access to the coverage of a telephoto zoom down to macro close-ups for versatility. This Nikon Coolpix camera is compatible with SD and SDHC memory cards. When you're done shooting, the hi-speed USB interface will transfer your files quickly. The Coolpix Software Suite can help you edit and perfect your shots. The HD video offers stereo sound through two microphone placements. Your audio won't be disturbed by the sound of the camera working or the lens zooming in and out.     Nice wrapping to protect the product. Now, for those needing to know this, the vendor uses newspapers as padding. No biggie for me but an alert to those possibly allergic to such. But for me, a nice packing job indeed. In fact, Snoopy was encased in a plastic bag as extra protection. Great idea. Shipping was fast. As described AND MORE. Snoopy's plane prop writes "Merry Christmas," and "Happy Holidays," and "Here Comes Snoopy" -- along with airplane sounds. Love it! Great value.
