The item itself came in perfect condition, the appearance was just as described, the quality of the item was just as described. I also believe the value of this item was completely fair and receiving the package was super simple and easy. It was sent via DHL. Will be shopping from this seller again!

You must not expect any answer to requests, but this might be because the Japanese way to comunicate is a different one.
