We sent an Elenker, a competitive brand of equal quality and 30$ difference in the price, we called you over the phone and offered a partial refund. You declined in very rude words, asking for an unreasonable amount. Then you declined a return label and hang up the phone.

They sent me a similar one in a different brand to see if it would work for me, but it was too small and I had to return it. They were terrific handling my return and refunding my payment expeditiously quick and favorable without any hiccups, the type of eBayer I like to do business with. They are an upstanding model to how a business should operate to keep customers.
