The doll looks just like the photo and is very high quality. The condition of the box seems to be a little damaged from transit, resulting in dents of the box, and it seems to have smudged off some paint off the nose due to the damaged box caving into the face and rubbing on it, but I bought the intent to keep it and not to resell, I still love this gorgeous labubu. The packing was good, even with one corner crushed, the seat was not damaged with the inside protection. The seat work good with labubu in my car. It obviously a resell from a chiness website that i would not put my card on, so i will trust ebay first. Shiping was not updating on ebay website so the seller informed me about the update.
