    I ordered a sensor and never received anything because USPS lost the package. I contacted the seller and explained that the package didn't arrive on time and that it had been more than 10 days. They refunded my money for the inconvenience and even sent me a new part that arrived within 24 hours.     Great people, had a question as the parts I purchased had gone through a design change from the manufacturer. Not only did they reply by email within a half hour they actually took the time to call and make sure all was good. I’d recommend Ventures to anyone. Also, my ball joints got here in 2 days, I couldn’t be happier. These are stand up guys, thank you for getting the old Dodge up and rolling again.
