    I ordered two items which was the Tom Ford Vanilla Fatale Eau De Parfum. I only received one item that was shipped to me. I did contact the seller. The issue was not resolved. All I asked was for a partial refund for the other half of the items that I didn't receive or for the item to be sent to me. The seller came back with his first response, which was not very professional but rude. What are you talking about? Is not very professional have an issue and I just wanted it to be resolved.

    Seller is huge liar!! He created shipping info(tracking number) and disappeared. Seller didn’t send item. I’ve contacted several times but no answer from them. It is gonna be Waste of time for you if you buy from this seller i swear. Just go buy from another seller. Don’t waste your time and nerves.

    The quality of the parfum was not what I expected. I have a sample from Nordstrom and it did not match the scent. Although the item was new, wrapped in new condition with a decent value sticker price, it was not the product I thought I was going to receive. Since the seller does not accept returns, I took the loss. I'd recommend talking to the seller first. I did email them about shipping earlier, and they eventually shipped it but they didn't respond to my email. Something to keep in mind...
