Still had the plastic wrap on it, wasn't factory refurbished, and came with the original power adapter. Setup went well and im using it right now. I was a little surprised to find out that it wasn't restored to factory setting (wifi name was still set to PikaChuau). Shipping was very fast as well.

The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product.
