I cut the package open and turned it upside down to dump the product out and small parts went everywhere and I was not expecting that. I would like to make a suggestion and that is to package up the small parts instead leaving them loose in shipping package. I manage a ship/rec department and all small parts have to be packaged up before being placed in a box/envelope so they don't get lost.

I reported the damage to the seller and by the next morning a second one was on its way very good business and puts the customer first.
