When I contacted the seller, they were completely unhelpful and refused to do anything, claiming they wouldn’t assist because the item had been opened even though this policy was never stated anywhere in the listing. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. The package arrived without any damage to the outer packaging. Since this item has transparent outer packaging, you could clearly see if there was any obvious damage before opening it. Claiming you discovered damage only after opening it and then requesting a replacement is clearly a deceptive act. We will request eBay to intervene and investigate.

Figure is in great condition, no damage, and it got here in about 2ish weeks. All-in-all, I'd definitely recommend buying from this seller!
